Our mission is to make prescribing Chinese herbs as convenient as possible - just send us your formula, and we'll have it in your hands (or your patient's hands) in as little as 24 hours. We believe that:

We are one of the only companies in the nation to offer this level of flexibility and service to the Chinese medicine community.

CONVENIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

Most practitioners are unable to have a full herbal pharmacy on site at their clinic. Many of your patients don't live close enough to Chinatown to get their formulas filled there, or are intimidated by the language barrier.

The solution is Fat Turtle. Simply register and send us your prescription via email, phone or fax and we can have the herbs in your patients hands as early as the next day. WHO WE ARE

Jonah Ewell L.Ac is a licensed acupuncturist living and working in Los Angeles. He began his martial arts training at age eight with Dr. Alex Feng, a noted martial arts master and Chinese medicine doctor. He started his formal TCM studies in New York, where he worked at the largest Chinese herbal pharmacy on the East Coast. His experience there included everything from assembling herbal formulas to customer service and internet strategy. His TCM clinical experience includes internships at the Fortune Society (NY), Venice Family Clinic (LA) and Being Alive (LA) He has a Masters degree in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine from Yosan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Vien-Phuong Nini Mai L.Ac is a licensed acupuncturist with a degree in Integrative Biology from the University of California at Berkeley, and a published author with years of research experience in endocrinology. Her TCM clinical experience includes internships at St. John's Riverside Hospital (NY), St. Vincent's Comprehensive Cancer Center (NY), The Fortune Society (NY), Being Alive (LA) and the Venice Family Clinic (LA). She has extensive experience managing a private herbal pharmacy and filling custom prescriptions for a successful Chinese medicine physician in Beverly Hills. She has a Masters degree in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine from Yosan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and is currently treating patients at Children's Hospital of Los Angeles.
